What is the difference between 11×6 and 13×6?

11×6 describes a focused lace area with flexible parting. 13×6 provides a wider frontal lace area and more frontal styling room. These numbers describe the lace area and construction, not cap size.

Are OWNAYA wigs glueless?

Installation is product-specific. Many OWNAYA 11×6 styles are designed for glueless wear, but you should always check the Install Method shown on the product page before ordering.

Does 13×6 require adhesive?

OWNAYA's current 13×6 styles require adhesive for a secure installation. They are not glueless wigs. Follow the instructions shown on the individual product page.

How do I choose length?

Consider the finished look as well as the stated inch length. Curly and wavy textures can appear shorter than straight hair at the same measured length. Use the product gallery and Fit Guide before choosing.

How do I choose density?

Density affects visual fullness. Available density options vary by product, so choose only from the options displayed on that product page and compare them in the Fit Guide.

Is there a Cap Size option?

No. OWNAYA's current 11×6 and 13×6 wigs have an adjustable fit and do not include a Small, Medium, or Large Cap Size selector.

What is the return process?

Email ownayawigs@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must remain unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in their original condition and packaging, with the lace uncut. Review the complete Returns & Exchanges Policy before sending anything back.
